The jampacked weekend was hosted by Terry McCosker of RCS who ran a variety of classroom and hands on activities aimed to promote team building and empower people with effective leadership tools.

Teambuilding activities demanded teams to overcome challenging situations, exercise lateral thinking and nurture communication skills as they navigated their way through a ropes course and abseiling challenge.

The leadership training then equipped participants with the personal management tools necessary to lead efficently and effectivley and how to embrace change with a positive attitude. 

Partners and families also got in on the action helping out with camp oven cooking, relaxing in the natural bush surrounds and enjoying the goat rodeo and mehanical bucking bull competition.

McCosker would like to thank Terry and the team and Kroombit Park for hosting a fantastic event and extend a huge congratulations to all of our employees and their families who participated so enthuisastically, making the weekend such a wonderful success!
