McCosker are pleased to announce their ongoing support for Doorways 2 Civil Construction (D2CC) in 2011.
Gladstone, Boyne Tannum and Miriam Vale students will get thier first taste of civil construction late January and thier first day on the job early Febuary. We're ramping up on materials and resources to ensure the students can work on some great projects this year.
D2CC has been developed to engage with industry and schools in helping improve the delivery of construction training through 'VET in schools' programs.
Through a parnership between Gladstone, Toolooa and Tannum Sands State High schools and Construction Skills Queensland we are able to offer a select group of students this opportunity to become 'Work Ready' for industry.
Congratulations to our Student of the Year for 2010 - Jonathon Rebel.
And a big well done to all the students of 2010!
