Saving H2O is the Way to Go!

McCosker recently completed installation of over 54kL of Water Tanks at our Gladstone head office as part of a 4 point plan to reduce our overall ecological footprint.

Rain water collected in the tanks will be used to supply a high pressure vehicle wash down bay and office amenities. It is expected that the tanks will reduce McCoskers reticulated mains water consumption by up to 90% to around 100kL per annum, less than an average household!

Water conservation and the adoption of smart water practices are a critical battle that must be won in the fight against climate change. The installation of water tanks by businesses and households is a simple and effective means to ensure our water resources continue to be sustainable into the future.
