professionals. Reporting to the Plant
Business Analyst you will assist in:
• Coordinating the day to day activities associated
with plant asset management and equipment
maintenance administration, with
accurate and timely data entry and thorough record keeping;
• Customer service;
• Cost coding, purchasing and invoice processing;
• Timesheet preparation for weekly payroll;
• Ensuring compliance with department procedures
and company policies, including maintenance
history, cost code
allocations, purchasing approvals, subcontract requirements and document
control;
• Monitoring data and advising variances for continuous process improvements;
• Documentation of maintenance systems and
processes to maintain an administrator's work
instruction manual;
• Plant management in areas of costing and reporting; and
• General administrative duties to support the team.
The successful applicant must possess:
• Experience with equipment maintenance and/or assest management systems;
• Highly developed organisational skills;
• A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of management and employees;
• High computer literacy skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• A strong attention to detail and sustain a high level of accuract and efficiency;
• Self motivation and be a team player; and
• Experience in the construction industry (equipment maintenance/purchasing) is a definite advantage.

McCosker seeks an IT specialist with sound desktop troubleshooting
experience. Candidates with a high
aptitude in Microsoft applications and technical
support, a current driver’s license and those willing to
learn are encouraged
to apply.
The successful applicant must possess:
• Independent problem solving and research skills;
• Current drivers licence, manual is preferable;
• IT qualifications/work experience beneficial;
• Experience using and maintaining various windows desktop operating systems;
• Experience with basic administrative tasks in a windows server based environment (adding users,
resetting passwords, etc);
• Ability to design and implement a local area network for small remote offiices;
• Understanding of mail systems, particularly Microsoft exchange server;
• Ability to trouble shoot IT issues over the phone;

•Effective reporting and communication with senior management, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Supervisors, construction workers and relevant client contacts; and

• Strong diagnostic skills.

The successful applicant must possess:
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering;

• 2-5 years civil construction experience, experience across a variety of small to large civil projects;

Good verbal, written, interpersonal and organisational skills;

•Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and in-house engineering programs;
