| SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Gladstone Region Finance Department |

This Gladstone based role offers an excellent opportunity for a career motivated person to join a progressive and robust construction company. Reporting to the Company Accountant you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate and effective financial reports.
Key responsibilities include:
Must be able to work without supervision, be able to set and meet deadlines with accuracy and communicate effectively – with all levels of staff, departments and external parties
In addition, you will also look to develop your people management skills by working closely with a team of accountants, providing them with guidance and support when required.Previous leadership and management experience is desirable. You will have the ability to problem solve and think outside the box while coordinating competing priorities.
The successful applicant must possess:
• CPA / CA Qualified (preferably)
• Commercial experience (construction industry preferred) minimum 5 years experience
• Knowledge and demonstrated understanding / application of Accounting Standards
• Demonstrated experience with lease accounting, tax effect accounting, cashflow forecasting & budgeting and debtor collection.
• MYOB Asset Manager, Excel, MYOB Premier (preferable)

We are seeking highly competent Project Managers who will successfully coordinate and manage
multiple infrastructure works. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for
an experienced Project Manager with a proven record of supervising and managing day to day
operations whilst liaising closely with clients.
The successful applicant must possess:
• 7+ years in the civil construction indsutry
• Demonstrated experience across projects of $50M+
• A background in civil infrastructure, earthworks (road, rail and wharf);
• Experience in both Brown and Greenfield sites desirable.

DIESEL FITTERS (TRADE QUALIFIED) Head Office

Gladstone Workshop

We are seeking Trade Qualified and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics. You will be responsible for
providing maintenance and break down support to a large range of mobile plant equipment.
The successful applicant must possess:
| • Trade qualifications, eg: Cert III in Engineering (Mechanical); |
| • Extensive experience carrying out maintenance and repairs on heavy mining equipment and machinery; |
• Strong diagnostic skills.

• The successful applicant must possess multiple tickets to operate heavy machinery and must
demonstrate a commitment to health and safety.
• Licensees to operate HR, LL, LE and LB are preferred.

EARTHWORKS SUPERINTENDENT

• An exciting opportunity exists for an Earthworks Superintendent with a background in bulk earthworks
including road, rail, site remediation and dam constructions.
• The successful applicant will possess a high level of organisational and communication skills and an
ability to motivate teams.

PROJECT/SITE ENGINEERS

Key responsibilities include:
• Successfully complete contract works to client specifications whilst maintaining all safety, environment
and quality systems and standards;
• Assisting with selection and management of all resources, including plant, labour and subcontractors;

• Review and acceptance of client programs;
|
| • Asssisting in management of field staff and operations; |
• Effective reporting and communication with senior management, project manager, project engineer,
supervisors, construction workers and relevant client contacts; and
|
• Strong diagnostic skills.
|
The successful applicant must possess:
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering;
|
• 2-5 years civil construction experience, experience across a variety of small to large civil projects;
|
• Good verbal, written, interpersonal and organisational skills;
|
|
•Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and in-house
engineering programs;
|
| •Good organisational, administration and time management skills; |
|
